Bookings & cancellation
- Tables are held for 15 minutes past your booking time, then may be released.
- Seating time is 1.5–1.75 hours for bookings before 8:30pm, 2 hours after 8:30pm.
- Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead (48 hours for the Private Lounge).
- A fee of $20 per person (up to $50 per person for special events) applies for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or reductions of 2 or more guests without notice.
Payment
We accept cash, EFTPOS and major credit cards. A 3% fee applies to card, Paywave and QR payments. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. One bill per table.
Alcohol (R18)
All bottomless drink packages are R18. Valid NZ ID is required for alcohol — if any guest lacks valid ID or is underage, no alcohol will be served to the entire party as per our licence. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Allergens
We will endeavour to accommodate your dietary requirements, but cannot guarantee against cross contamination of: Onion, Garlic, Soy, Sesame. Our QR ordering platform displays common allergen information — for specific allergies or dietary requests, please email hello@jungle8.co.nz.
Gift cards
eGift cards are valid across Jungle 8, Lucky 8 and Mr Hao. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
